Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible.
- More than 24 hours notice: No charge.
- Same-day cancellations: May incur a late cancellation fee.
- No-shows: Full fare or a no-show fee may apply.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
- A prepaid booking is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
- We are unable to provide service due to operational issues.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
3. Driver Arrival & Wait Time
- Drivers wait up to 10 minutes at pickup unless prearranged.
- Extended wait time may incur additional charges.
4. Weather, Traffic & Delays
Severe weather, traffic, or road closures may impact travel times. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by conditions outside our control.
