These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CareLoop Mobility’s non-emergency medical transportation services. By booking a ride, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
CareLoop Mobility provides non-emergency medical transportation (“NEMT”) for ambulatory and wheelchair clients. We do not provide emergency, stretcher, or medical treatment services.
2. Scheduling and Availability
Scheduling is based on availability. We may adjust pickup times due to routing efficiency, weather, or delays.
3. Rider Responsibilities
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- Use seatbelts and mobility securement devices as required.
- Behave safely inside the vehicle.
- Inform us of mobility needs at time of scheduling.
4. Caregiver and Companion Riders
One caregiver may ride at no additional cost when seating is available.
5. Fees and Payments
Pricing is provided at time of scheduling. Additional wait time or stops may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
CareLoop Mobility is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee arrival times for medical appointments.
8. Website Use
Any online forms or tools are provided for convenience. Information entered must be accurate.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
